• Respond to inquiries and schedule walkthroughs, consultations, estimates, installations, return visits, and support requests.
• Check appointment availability, temporarily hold a selected visit window, process secure checkout, and place verified paid consultations on the business calendar.
• Prepare service recommendations, quotes, invoices, product lists, booking confirmations, reminders, and job notes.
• Communicate by email, phone, text message, Jobber, or other service platforms about appointments, service updates, estimates, invoices, support, and follow-up questions.

Website booking records may move from Stripe payment verification to Google Calendar scheduling and then into Jobber for customer, property, request, and assessment management.

• Jobber and similar field-service platforms that help us manage bookings, estimates, invoices, client records, assessments, and two-way communications.
• Stripe and related payment processors that process the $100 consultation checkout and payment records.
• Google Calendar and similar scheduling tools that help us check availability, temporarily hold appointment windows, and confirm paid consultations.
• Upstash Redis and similar secure infrastructure providers that help coordinate temporary booking holds, webhook processing, and booking sync state.
• Banks, accounting providers, email providers, text messaging providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other vendors that help us run the business.
• Insurance carriers, professional advisors, legal authorities, or regulators when needed for compliance, safety, insurance, collections, or legal claims.
• Manufacturers, suppliers, or service partners when needed to source products, troubleshoot product issues, or complete a service request.
